Caring is at the heart of everything we do.

Support Groups

It's about more than fundraising.

Across Northern Ireland more and more Hospice supporters are joining forces to create new Support Groups and raise much needed funds for both Northern Ireland Hospice and Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.

The Newtownabbey Support Group is the most recent group to form and currently consists of four motivated and enthusiastic volunteers who work hard to fundraise for Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice within the Newtownabbey area.

Would you like to be part of a Support Group in your area?

Support Groups can be a great way of getting involved in the local community and meeting new friends. We already have 28 Support Groups and are looking to form even more for both Northern Ireland Hospice and Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.

Ways you can make a difference:

Start a Support Group or sign up to an existing one

Unite with your friends, family and local community for Hospice

Plan fundraising activities

Promote your hard work with the help of a Hospice fundraiser

Organise collections and awareness events

Recruit volunteers

Team Effort – Without support groups and community support; we simply couldn’t do what we need to do.
