Openwave Mobility 'go mobile' for Northern Ireland Hospice

Openwave team raises £3652 for NI Hospice's 'Buy a Brick' campaign. Departing from Belfast Harlequins Rugby Club, the charity cycle saw team members tackle a 100km course covering Dunmurry, Lisburn, Lurgan, Crumlin and Nutt's Corner and a shorter 50km return route to Moira.

The U105 Hospice Town Tour raised a staggering £130,000 for Northern Ireland Hospice. The radio presenters travelled around Belfast and the surrounding areas in a customised Ulsterbus Tours coach during the week long tour that ended on Saturday 5th October.

BT Staff Charity Fund gave Hospice an unexpected Christmas present when it presented a cheque for £20,000 to support Northern Ireland Hospice in the care of local adults, children and young people with a life-limited or terminal illness. £10,000 will be used to fund care in each of the hospices bringing much needed support to patients and their families over the Christmas period and into the New Year.
